South Garda Suite was born from a dream that I was finally able to realize.
Located in a prime area just a stone’s throw from the lake and the city center, it has five rooms, each with a different character and color.
We are 10 minutes from the center, where there are numerous bars, restaurants, stores, cafes, leisure and entertainment areas and 5 minutes from the beach to indulge in a moment of relaxation.
For lovers of outdoor walks and those who want to have some peace and quiet, our facility is located right next to the beautiful lakefront promenade.
For those, on the other hand, who want to discover and admire the beauty of Lake Garda, just 600 m from the facility, the pier from which the boats depart will be waiting for you.
Desenzano is an ideal starting point for exploring Lake Garda and the surrounding area. One of the most enjoyable ways to visit the lake is to do so on a boat that reaches all the strategic points on the lake.
It is impossible to describe in a few lines all that our lake can offer in all seasons of the year. We would like to remind you of just a few of the main attractions: food and wine, wine cellars, bicycle paths, water sports, beaches, horseback riding, golf courses, tennis, kitesurfing, amusement parks, and the possibility of reaching beautiful cities such as Verona, Venice, Mantua, and Milan either by car or by convenient train.

At our facility each room has a private bathroom with shower, a mini bar, television, kettle, air conditioning and dedicated Internet connection.
At the entrance you will find a small balcony where you can relax planning your day or smoking a cigarette.
